WOMEN · VOICE · REINVENTION

For women in the messy middle of reinvention.

For women in the messy middle of reinvention.

Many women have spent years being told—directly or indirectly—that they are too loud, too emotional, too sensitive, too ambitious, or simply too much.

My work creates spaces where women can feel more at home in their bodies, trust what they know, and express themselves without shrinking.

WHERE IT BEGAN

I came to this work through singing.

I came to this work through singing.

I came to this work as a Broadway performer and voice teacher. Over time, I learned that the voice is never separate from the body. Breath, sound, confidence, memory, fear, pleasure, and permission all live there.

What began as helping women sing gradually led me into coaching and facilitation. I realized that the deeper work was not always about producing a better sound. It was about helping a woman feel safe enough to be heard, connected enough to trust herself, and powerful enough to take up space in her own life.

REINVENTION, IN REAL TIME

I have spent much of my life creating the path I couldn’t find.

I began as a performer on Broadway and spent years developing new musicals. Then I built companies, created national campaigns, produced events, and helped reshape organizations.

When conventional education didn’t fit my daughters—or me—I questioned the structure instead of assuming we were the problem. For eight years, I raised and educated my three girls while we lived and learned across more than twenty-five countries. Later, I helped build a self-directed school rooted in curiosity, agency, and the belief that there is more than one way to learn.

Now I am back in New York, reinventing again: coaching women, gathering groups, developing new creative and educational projects, producing work that matters, and finally making space for the album I have carried in my head and heart for years.

This time, I want to document the middle of it. The experiments. The uncertainty. The wrong turns. The fear of beginning again. The questions that refuse to leave—and the moments when something new starts to come alive.

Not the polished story told afterward. The messy, frightening, exhilarating experience of becoming while it is still happening.

Because reinvention is not about erasing who we have been. It is about bringing every version of ourselves forward—and allowing all of that lived experience to become the material for what comes next.

THE WORK

“The work began with the singing voice. It grew into helping women trust the voices they carry into the rest of their lives.”

THE APPROACH

Trauma-informed, creative, and deeply human.

Trauma-informed, creative, and deeply human.

Grounded in trauma-informed principles, my approach honors choice, consent, personal boundaries, and each woman’s individual pace.

Through voice, movement, conversation, creative expression, and shared experience, I create opportunities for women to reconnect with the parts of themselves they may have learned to quiet.

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about reclaiming what was already yours.

WHO IT IS FOR

For women who are ready to stop making themselves smaller.

For women who are ready to stop making themselves smaller.

This work is for women navigating change, returning to creativity, questioning old definitions of themselves, or rebuilding trust with their own voices and bodies.

It is especially for the woman who has been told she is too much—and for the woman who has spent so long adapting that she is no longer sure how much of herself she has been holding back.

No one needs to identify as a singer. This is not about performing correctly. It is about becoming more present, more expressive, and more able to trust what is already there.

WHAT I BELIEVE

Voice is not only sound. It is how we name what we know, ask for what we need, create what does not yet exist, and take up space in our own lives.

WOMEN-CENTERED CREATIVE PRODUCING

From personal work to collective experience.

From personal work to collective experience.

Alongside my work with women individually and in groups, I develop performances, gatherings, retreats, and cultural experiences that amplify women’s voices and underheard perspectives.
